If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. This courtesy on your part will make is possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergencies

Should an emergency occur for you during our office hours, please call the office and ask to speak to our nurse. She will advise you on where to go for treatment. When possible you will be seen in the office. After 4:30 pm, if it is an emergency, please call the after hours number, 585-723-6578, and ask for the physician on call.

Surgical Scheduling

If you have an appointment scheduled with The Plastic Surgery Group of Rochester for cosmetic surgery, you will receive information in the mail regarding the day and time.
